About Dipo
Dipo is a leader, teacher, Christian and technology enthusiast.
He was born in Lagos on February 12, 1989. His primary, secondary and university education were in Aunty Ayo Preparatory School, King’s College, and University of Lagos respectively, which are all in Lagos state. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom. He is happily married to Odunayo and blessed with two children – Praise and Charis.
Dipo became active in politics following the #EndSars movement in October 2020 after being successful in various leadership roles in business and religious organizations. He joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in late 2022 and has been active from the grassroots.
He will be vying for the position of governor of Lagos in 2027 first as the gubernatorial flagbearer of the ADC and then for the good people of Lagos. He brings leadership and integrity, innovation and technology, alongside a good understanding of the working institutions and structure of the United Kingdom
